Con este paso, la organizaci\u00f3n de trabajadores inicia un proceso regulado con el objetivo de actualizar y mejorar sus condiciones laborales vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de esta renovaci\u00f3n contractual, los trabajadores y trabajadoras organizadas apuestan firmemente por alcanzar mejoras sustanciales en \u00e1reas cr\u00edticas para el bienestar de los asociados, enfoc\u00e1ndose principalmente en\u00a0reajustes y mejoras salariales acordes a las funciones desempe\u00f1adas, fortalecimiento de la cobertura y apoyo social para los trabajadores y sus familias\u00a0y, la optimizaci\u00f3n del entorno laboral y los acuerdos de trabajo internos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un elemento central de este proceso es el acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico y pol\u00edtico de la&nbsp;<strong>Confederaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores del Cobre (CTC)<\/strong>. Con esta asesor\u00eda estrat\u00e9gica, el sindicato no solo busca asegurar el \u00e9xito en la mesa de negociaci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n consolidar&nbsp;los&nbsp;pilares fundamentales para el futuro de la organizaci\u00f3n, y&nbsp;robustecer la representatividad y el poder de negociaci\u00f3n del sindicato a largo plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Buscamos lograr un crecimiento real y fortalecer la titularidad sindical para consolidar a\u00fan m\u00e1s nuestra organizaci\u00f3n&#8221;, se\u00f1alaron desde la base trabajadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pr\u00f3ximos pasos<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la presentaci\u00f3n oficial del proyecto, el sindicato de Guerrero y C\u00e9spedes Ingenier\u00eda Ltda. se declar\u00f3 en estado de alerta y&nbsp;<strong>queda ahora a la espera de la respuesta formal por parte de la administraci\u00f3n de la empresa<\/strong>, dentro de los plazos legales establecidos.
